scott f asked: I work a large boring machine which cools by oil. (similar to car motor oil). My hands are wet with the oil all day sometime sumersed in it. Is there a risk of oil properties etc. leaching into my body through my skin and if so what toxic symptoms might I experience and could any long term health problems result?

Timmy T asked: I know that coconut oil is healthy and everything, good for skin, hair, and overall health. I wanted to know if anyone has had great success with using if for acne. My skin is somewhat already oily, so would this be bad to put on my face? Also, I wanted to know if you use it in solid form, or liquid form? If you know of any great online sources, books, or articles please let me know.

Samson asked: Our 8 year old male lab is in good overall health, bright eyes, colorful coat, energetic (as much as usual). He has developed small (4mm) spots on his testacles that concerns me. He has flakey skin which we are putting down to him being outside on the grass a lot more (perhaps an allergic reaction). Any ideas on what has caused the small black spots? We have not taken him to the vets (yet) as his temperament and attitude is still the same – he is not “irritated” by the condition.
